Air is a French electronic / rock duo composed by Jean-Benoît Dunckel and Nicolas Godin, active since 1995.

The band has given conflicting statements about whether “AIR” is an acronym (for [i]Amour, Imagination, Rêve[/i], meaning Love, Imagination, Dream).
